Cathy Lovas became the owner of Basic Ingredients on December 27, 2002. Her life long interest in owning her own business merged with her interests in cooking, gourmet dining and food in this business venture. Cathy is a "hands on" owner. You'll find her at the store greeting customers, stocking shelves, packaging products and "cleaning up"!
